At the Salusbury our pasta is handmade and our pappardelle with duck ragu has achieved legendary status. Seafood linguine and porcini ravioli are staples of our pasta section and have been staples of our menu since the very beginning.

Sunday lunches are always a special occasion with 28 day dry aged rib of beef usually followed by our chocolate fondant and italian cheese platter.
