Being one of the first on the scene the Salusbury has seen its guises change over the years but is more comfortable now than ever. An excellent chef, Andrew Filar and passionate manager, Romina Puddu ensure the pub is delivering the best in food, drink and service.
Andrew brings his wealth and depth in understanding of seasonal British cuisine from his time as Head Chef at the Medcalf, Exmouth Market where he worked for more than 7 years, and Romina always ensures the customers experience at the Salusbury is an enjoyable one. With her impeccably kept cellar she keeps our selection of fine ales, stouts and porters in prime condition as well as selecting great value wines with sense of place, by the glass and bottle.
